Guest guest
, What is a FIR sauna? Re: saunas - Jackie Jackie, I had my amalgams out in 99 by a dentist who knew quite a bit about the Huggins protocol (sufficient protction, vaccums, etc), but took too many out at once. About a year later I started to develop electrosensitivity. which has since become rather severe. Many of the people on the electrosensivity group have Hg issues and their experience led me to discover thatI had some too. I've done extensive reading around high frequency electromagnetic emissions, and there seems to be a general consensus in the literature that I've seen that many frequencies, such as the emissions from the FIR saunas, may actually mobilize mercury and so lead to redistribution. Although I have not done the FIR sauna (I do a regular sauna at the local Y on a daily basis), I can say from personal experience that Hg in the body (and any other metals for that matter) certainly acts as a conducting antenna for high frequency emissions, and so I can't see why the FIR sauna wouldn't do the same. Educated laypersons' guess at any rate. Maybe others have this experience? > I thought I remember you saying that TK, do you know why he doesn't like FIR saunas? My parents had already ordered it before I heard different, so it's on its way. I will probably try it out, but I know to stop if I have any problems. _____
