Guest guest
I could sure use your guy's input. I have always worked as an independent contractor for gross line pay. I have been offered a position with a national company. They pay by the 65 character line, they provide the computer with all necessary software as well as 401K, PTO, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. They expect 1200 lines a day. They, of course, would like me to suggest what I'd like to be paid, and I don't have a clue. First of all, I can figure out the equivalent of a gross line compared to 65-character line pay.....but, I receive no benefits with the current company I'm with, so I would expect to receive less from a company with benefits. Can anyone suggest a range as a guideline for a 65-character line? Appreciate your suggestions!
