Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I am in the process of considering another decompression. I have or will be consulting with the following Nsgs.: Dr. Milhorat (New York) Dr. Ulrich Batzdorf (UCSF) Dr. Boggan (UCDMC) Dr. (Sacramento) If anyone has any information on any of these nsgs. I would love to hear from you regarding their philosophies, how they run their practices, postop care, approach to surgery, are they conservative or aggressive?, personalities, how they deal with a failed surgery, success rates, how you are doing now (if you had surgery or if you didn't), how do they follow up with you, or anything you can offer. I have had some very different opinions about my surgery as many of you have (from what I have read). They vary from 1)wanting to do surgery on me ASAP to 2)not wanting to do surgery because of the high risk, 3)saying I don't need surgery at all. I would appreciate any input on any of these MDs, positive or negative. Thank you all so much for this group.
