Diane,

My triggers seem similar to yours. Were your main cea symptoms just

flushing and lingering redness? I haven't had much of a problem with

bumps (yet).

What Zinc product do you use on your skin? And how about the sulfur? I

haven't tried sulfur on my skin, does that seem helpful for the redness?

One last question for you or anyone else, I think someone asked it

before: Does Metrogel help anyone with flushing and redness? Or is it

mainly helpful for the bumps? I've been using it, but it doesn't seem

to help my redness. I'm wondering if it's necessary to continue in

order to keep the skin disorder from progressing.
