HI , and all.

I've seen that site before http://www.msu.edu/user/eisthen/yeast/

and totally forgot about it so thanks so much for sending that on as a reminder. It was cute the way she wrote it and the pixs too.

I think it gets right down to the nitty gritty of it and good ol' common sense thinking. *grin* 'I' think that sometimes some women go so far overboard with all the things they insert or drink or eat in trying to get rid of it not realizing how it's normal to have some yeast that instead they really screw up their own natural flora and fauna instead of letting nature do it or using some small preventative things if you do feel one coming on. ;)

I used to do some pretty ridiculous things myself, *groan* I can remember shoving Yogurt up there and even inserting garlic cloves that were recommended once. (DON"T do that) LOL

There are times no doubt when something more potent & a real med is needed, been there myself but I'm sad to see how some obsess about it thinking it's more of a problem than it is or they are sure it's not the typical strain. (which isn't that common) I sure hated it and yeah when I was in such pain wanted to scream but it's still how 'I' feel about it and just dealt with it. Besides how many of those yeast meds might have been the start of their V pain as some physicians and I too feel. Causing those chemical burns and then there go the nerves.

Just my two cents and go ahead a hit me *OUCH* for those who disagree, LOL that's ok. I understand how we all feel differently *chuckle* but just 'my' opinion of course. ;)

Hugs hon and thanks again for that site.

Dee~ ;)
