Can someone suggest a good phosphadylserine product?

Can someone suggest a good brand of phosphadylserine? Since they are

all made from soy lethicin, I worry about which brands are made from

quality soy etc... Thanks!

The pharmacist who told me to take it said that it didn't have the

phytoestrogens in it. At least his

phosphatidylserine doesn't have the phytoestrogens. If I understood him right.

ARE they made from soy lecithin? Is not this a substance of it's own? If

it is soy, we shouldn't be consuming it, especially on a regular basis.
