Regarding Kodey's " good days " at your dad's, you should certainly not doubt

your parenting skills! You are great, and being concerned about your child

is never a bad thing!

It is odd that your dad would get the two good days, though, and like you

said, if they have a wood stove, it's not because the air is pure as

mountain spring water or anything!! My first thought would be that

something in your house is setting off the nose gunk. I mean, your dad

could miss a cough or a sneeze or some wheezing, but nose goobers are nose

goobers and even if you miss them, they are still there, coming out your

nose. They don't just evaporate. So, they are either there, or they

aren't, and if they weren't there for your dad, something is amiss! I would

take a look around the house... what types of things might be different

there than at your dad's? A certain plant or potting soil, a pet, some

flowers, maybe even a new cleaning product which is leaving some sort of

residue or smell, can't about anything irritate or cause an allergy? Anyone

run across any " strange " things which caused a reaction in your kids, but

which had never occured to you until it happened? , maybe your doc

will have some ideas of things which could be causing it. If you find a

suspect, run a test - put it outside or at a friend's house or whatever, and

clean up/air out to get rid of any trace of it. Does Kodey get better? I

hope it is that easy!

Take care, and good luck!

Elaine

's Mom, not really terrible but definitely a challenging two
