Hi Tammie,

Usually with the Neurontin you have to work up slowly to a level that is going to help.

As for the burning pain, for me, Clonidine was what turned off the burning pain, like a light switch, it worked so fast! But of course, everyone's body is different and that is why you will find such a wide variety of treatments on this list.

I go back to my doc on the 9th of March. He is supposed to send me to an RSD specialist. Then maybe I can get something to give me relief. Don't know where he will send me or what I will find out, but I know one thing, I want this pain GONE!!!!!

I realize it is here to stay, but maybe he can mellow it out.
