weekend blues!

Well I totally blew it this weekend. Weighed myself (at home) and

gained one and one half pounds! Did not drink my water, ate a ton of

salty foods. I just could not stop munching. I am back on track

today and determined to stick op. The good news for this weekend is

I went to the gym and ran 2 miles on Saturday and 3 miles on Sunday!

Little stiff today, but enjoy the pain! Anyway, to keep me honest I

will post my weight loss on every Monday.
