Lily, could you explain HOW you think the report conflicts. Each diet

cited in the article includes very high carb elements - rice, potatoes,

etc. Red meat is eaten WITH potatoes, or fish eaten WITH rice. If the

conflict you refer to has to do with the low-carb approach, eliminating

the rice and potatoes, along with other " white " stuff would change the

results considerably.
