Okay, here it is...Vicki's Pretty Lowcarb Veggie List: Spinach Cauliflower Broccoli Summer squash (zucchini, crookneck) Spaghetti squash Mushrooms Asparagus Greenbeans Cabbage Sauerkraut And of course lettuce and avocados which aren't a veggie but a fruit …but they're definitely lowcarb.
