I've been re-reading several studies about the use of certain dietary

oils to help reduce weight...

Most common cooking oils (unsaturates) are a contributing factor for

weight gain, diabetes and elevated triglyceides, and medium-chain

triglyceride oils, which are saturated fats, not only reduce heart

complications, but also reduce circulating triglycerides as well.

As luck would have it, these same oils also increase metabolism to speed

weight loss.

Don't think I can post the link but I have a lot of research on my site.

Much of it is also on Medline, in international oils expert Enig's

book, " Know Your Fats " and the theme is also repeated in her " The Oiling

Of America " . You can also look up some of Bruce Fife's work.

regards,

Duncan Crow
