one thing i read somewhere is that the blood test can only detect advanced

celiac disease...that the only way to definitely diagnose was a biopsy. that's

why so many things i have read just say if you suspect it...go on a

gluten-free diet...and if the symptoms go away...then you know you got it.

because of being low in

B12.
