Iman nice to see u here. but i don't agree u should eat something high in

sugar! if you test low have a small protein to tide u through the night but

fats don't help they only add calories which you will simply store as fat

through the night. ....Correct me please if i am wrong.

if your hypos are so traumatic lower your insulin or injection/food

timing. cheeky

dear asra,

no my dear u r not wrong, but i think protien only won't be enough in

this case, coz i understood that she meant that she is facing strong hypos

which i think won't be corrected with only some protien from my experience

with such strong hypos.

i don't mean of course that u should take lots of sugars with no

reason...it's only when the body needs this.
