Our son is 4.5 yrs old and has a severe speech delay. We think he may have dyspraxia, but do not have a diagnosis as of now. Could you advise us where we could find a doctor who can prescribe EFAs, or someone who can advise us on this subject. We are a bit confused about what kind to get and dosage.
