Guest guest
, I'm one of those moms who lose nothing while breastfeeding, but only when it drastically slows or stops, like . But probably unlike I gained 40 pounds with my first, lost very little, and gained 30 with my second and lost very little. I have probably 40-50 lbs to lose to be where I want to be. I do know that even if I lost 5 lbs per month, it would still be several months before where I want to be, and giving up something so good for me or my babies is not a good trade, imo. I figure they can nurse until it's time for THEM to stop, and then I'll spend that year or so getting into the shape *I* want to be. Now that my youngest is nursing primarily to help him fall asleep, I am ready to start losing the weight, and it seems to be cooperating, too. But like I said earlier my livelihood doesn't depend on the size of my butt!
