I did a search on Google and came up with hits for an Ayr saline nasal

spray. Could the doc have started spelling it " A-R " , realized he was wrong,

and started over with " A-Y-R " ? We have docs who make corrections without

telling you...fun, fun. Here's one of the sites:

http://www.drugstore.com/templates/brand/default.asp?brand=7259. Hope that

helps!

question (again)

Pulmonologist dictates the patient's list of meds and includes a

saline nasal spray which he dictates what s/l *A-R-A-Y-R saline nasal

spray. He spells the arayr. Is this correct?

Thanks in advance, Bonnie
