Guest guest Posted December 31, 2001 Report Share Posted December 31, 2001 phentermine and fenfluramine known as phen/fen phentermine is Fastin and is still being used today fenfluramine is Pondimin and has been discontined since 1996 or 1997...it was a combo of diet drugs, which worked very well for weight loss (I know I took it), but fenfluramine caused heart valve problems and was taken off the market.
