For what it is worth I called United healthcare this morning and

spoke to a rep named kevin regarding the select choice epo plan in

georgia that my company is offering as of 1/1/01. said that the

BPD/DS will be covered at 100% as long as my PCP feels it is

medically necessary. He also said that my policy has no exclusions

regarding obesity or morbid obesity, the treatment of obesity or

morbid obesity or comorbidity requirements.
