140?

Hi all...

Is 140 the recommended spike for *normal* people not on

meds...............or people like me just working with exercise and

diet......

Do you guys think...........140 does damage when up that high for

long........and ocassionally as high as 154?

I am talking *after* meals...........or splurges as the case maybe will

be.... :-(
