Tried this last night and everyone loved it. the chicken just fell of the bones. I'm not sure where I got the recipe. I would make mine a little spicier though.

Chicken Texas(points according to weight of chicken only)(8 or so) Chicken Thighs, Skinned2 bouillon Cubes4 Tbs. Tomato Juice or Ketchup1 Tbs. Worcester sauce8 oz. Boiling water½ Tsp. Salt2 packets artificial sweetener¼ - ½ Tsp. Chili powder1 clove garlic, minced (or several shakes of garlic powder)½ Cup Onion, chopped1 Tbs. Horse RadishDissolve bouillon in boiling water. In saucepan add remaining mixture. Mix well. Simmer 10 minutes. Place chicken in baking dish. Pour mixture over top of chicken. Bake at 350 for 1 ½ hours. Turn chicken frequently. Chicken will absorb sauce and be crisp when done.

SALSA CHICKEN

4 points

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - I used

chicken tenders - 3 tenders and 3 pts per serving

4 teaspoons taco seasoning mix

1 cup salsa (hot or mild, to your taste)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I use Kraft 2% low fat)

light sour cream for garnish (optional)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken breasts in

9 x 13 " baking dish. Sprinkle taco seasoning on both

sides of chicken. Pour the salsa all over the breasts.

Bake at 375% about 25 - 30 minutes or until chicken is

tender and juicy and juices run clear. Sprinkle the

cheese on the breasts evenly and bake another 5

minutes or so until melted and bubbly. Serve with fat

free sour cream as a garnish if desired.

Tell me, does drinking so much water really help? Why? Other than

making a person feel blown up like a balloon, just what does all

this water do? Oh yes, I pack away at least 48 ozs. a day. Also

hit the ole Starbucks coffee a time or two. Thanks for telling me

about drinking lots of water when eating all those Smart Ones. I had

never heard that before. And yes, I do cook. That's when I

overeat, it seems. Guess I can't resist my own cooking or just

can't learn control management. :-). I'll try. Really enjoy you

ladies and all the e-mails.

Oh glorious water! First of all it keeps your body very clean! You'd be amazed at what it can do for your weight. If you eat a lot of sodium (Smart ones have a lot) it helps flush it through so you don't retain much water.

Have you tried cooking in smaller amounts? I have to do that or I or I'd eat everything all at once!

ive noticed that drinking water makes my skin much smoother...and not so dry..i have some acne scars around my neck and they are really starting to go away it seems...
