Probably, but I still found the whole thing ironic, and its NOT unrealistic to have happen.....as a matter of FACT, Today while watching " The View " they waved a paper from NYC telling of a legislator there who is proposing the EXACT same thing in their state legislature. I know I am a cynic, but you have to be PRETTY dumb to think people are going to give up twinkies just because the price goes up another nickel by taxation.....This is a shallow way of using political correctness and moral judgementalness to create new revenues for pork barrel spending. IMHO....;O) Chris PS. Talking of Republican Moral High ground judgementalism, Our state (North Dakota, who has a Republican super majority) just turned down a repeal of a cohabitation law because it would " Set the Wrong Moral Impression to our Young People " . This means older people who would get less money from medicare have to break the law by not getting married. It also is worded so homosexuals (no slam intended here, so please don't take one) are exempt, because co-habitation is defined as opposite sexed couples. more Irony, huh?? not like they are ABOUT to allow gay marriages. Sorry I digressed...;O)
