Guest guest
Can you walk? Walking is good for cholesterol. You don't have to walk fast or far. Just a consistant pace. So maybe like walk around your house?(outside) Z > Hi > You seem to have a good handle on your regimen. As one who is working on diet, exercise and insulin, I have a question for you. Over the past 3 months my cholesterol has dropped from 325 to 178 w/out drugs. Recently I had major surgery, partial nephrectomy of my right kidney, and am unable to exercise for at least another 30 days. > What can you or anyone else in the group recommend to help with continued lowering of my bad cholesterol and raising ( currently at 29) my HDL. > thank you >
