Can you walk? Walking is good for cholesterol. You don't have to walk

fast or far. Just a consistant pace. So maybe like walk around your

house?(outside)

working on diet, exercise and insulin, I have a question for you.

Over the past 3 months my cholesterol has dropped from 325 to 178

w/out drugs. Recently I had major surgery, partial nephrectomy of my

right kidney, and am unable to exercise for at least another 30

days.

continued lowering of my bad cholesterol and raising ( currently at

29) my HDL.
