Guest guest
Patty, I'd love to ask you a question because I've heard that chlorine is bad for the old immune system and that flouride is bad for arthritis, among other ailments. I have been using the purified water at " Water to Go " or " Water Express " for at least two years now, because it tastes better and also, because I'm a cancer patient and I have arthritis, too What is your opinion of these purification systems? Thanks, Carol artist@... wrote: > Hi group: > > I drink a lot of water, too. I feel much better when I do and I also > think it helps the rosacea a little. Guest guest
Hi Patty I too have been drinking lots of water now and I finally quit drinking coffee and other caffeinated beverages. If I want something hot to drink, I just get simply some herbal teas without caffeine. I don't drink it hot from the hot tea, I let it cool down to the point where is warm enough. I get cold very easily in the cooler temperature outside and during the Fall and Winter whenever the cold weather hit. Penny :-)

Guest guest
That's great that you drink so much water. It is a real challenge for me. As far as feeling full. Have you tried soda water? The carbonation usually helps me feel full. -- Re: water I have been reading these posts on drinking and my biggest problem is Ican get buzy and for get about eating(not good)but I can drink gallons...ever since I was a kid we always sat down withhuge tumblers and pitchers of water at each meal....I can easily finish2 pitchers at a meal but unfortunately it never fills meanyone else like this(I am not diabetic, etc)
