I am the type of person who needs constant motivation, preferably from someone other than myself! What I really need is a personal, tiny daemon who sits on my shoulders and forces me to eat well and exercise! That would be my own personal Hell!!!! :-) On a more serious note, I haven't heard anything about his centers, but I really wouldn't mind. Over the phone even sounds fine to me. I always have questions that the book just doesn't seem to answer. Terri Atkins Clinic Has anyone in this group been to Atkins Clinic in New York? I have toyed with the idea. I understand from his book that the clinic offers two methods of contact. One, to actually go to the clinic and meet with him and two counseling over the phone.
