Anyone know why the block I had yesterday did not do as much for the coldness of my foot? I just figured it would work like others did.

Hmmm...my blocks would usually go ahead and warm the foot right afterward, they just didn't last very long--like never more than 1 1/2 days. Actually I've heard people describe their foot that way--warm on the outside, cold in the bones. Why the block would cause you to feel that way, I couldn't tell you. What did the doc have to say about it? Hey, you and me would get along just fine, chatting and sipping our Diet Cokes!

You are right, like chatting and have my diet cokes always drinking them from the can. Can't stand drinks in glass with ice, as ice dilutes flavor.
