I can't believe that you would have to go back for another day as well. Sounds like you do need a vacation, hope that maybe you can take a little time when this is all over. Warm, sunny climates are wonderful, and if you need company....... I can bring the fudge! LOL. I made Rocky Road, Coconut and Peanut Butter.
