question regarding bladder and kidney function

I apologize if this is inappropriate to ask in advance - my bladder

stopped functioning almost 4 years ago, no ability to control muscle

spasms for urethra control or backwash reflux and I began self cathing 3

X day. I am now up to 5 X day and taking a bladder paralyzing drug,

ditropan 20 mg daily. Detrol did not work for me. I also have a

blockage growth or mass in the right kidney and after doing extensive

searching found that in males with CMT it is fairly common for one or

the other kidney to dysfunction and have reflux and blockages, not cysts

or calcium buildup. It is very rare for females to have this added

condition with their CMT. Does anyone else have this little additive

with their CMT? Thanks and again I apologize if the question is

inappropriate.
