Hi a,

I live in burg, Virginia. We do get some real nasty icy

winter weather but it doesn't last more than a few weeks at most. By

late February or the end of the first week of March we can start

planting our Spring plants. Our last frost is usually about St.

's day here. Of course, now that I posted this we will get hit

with a snow storm or another ice storm like we had Christmas of 1998.

We made international headlines with that one and were on CNN. I didn't

get to see it, my town didn't get power restored for 3 weeks!
