Or she can gain weight, and fill in those extra skin spaces so she won't

sag!!!!!! LOL Fatness is the cure for wrinkles, you know :-)

I've got to put my 2 cents in here...I just returned from a visit with

my daughter who lives 2 hours away from Portland in the mountains. We

only get together about once every 6 weeks but it's quality time

As you know, I do not have a weight problem...and neither does she.

She's now 36 and I'm 66. Yesterday she looked at my now-saggy upper

arms and said, " I'm not going to let that happen to ME. " And I had to

tell her that even she exercises faithfully and is never overweight,

she's still going to get saggy upper arms. It's just part of the aging

process. Some things are simply beyond our control. LIke gravity,

smile.

Dianne: I tended to think I was more a vegetarian type ie " prune " not
