Guest guest
About two months back I reported that I was feeling much better on the low oxalate diet. I am still off the " acid " coffee, but I'm eating a lot of high oxalate foods now because I had to change to a more alkaline diet (low meat and more fruit and veg). NO change in " V " pain still feel pretty good down there. (although I still don't wear panties, etc.)
Guest guest
I am glad that you are doing better now but can't understand how a more alkaline diet would relate to high oxalates. There are many veggies which are low oxalate. Ora >About two months back I reported that I was feeling much better on the >low oxalate diet.
