She scored superior for her flute solo, which is the highest you can get. I am so proud of her!! ne Hey.... I was a music teacher and use to run those competitions! LOL.... I agree.......look back a year and see how far our kids have come. I get discouraged, but when I read what some of the younger kids are doing (not sleeping, running away, drop dead weight, etc.) it brings back memories of the times with Gareth. He doesn't do those things anymore and life has gotten better in some ways. There will always be a new hurdle to jump over........sometimes we have to pick it up several times before we get over it, though. ALSO........who's in England? Pat??? Where is Teeside? What does England offer for special needs kids like ours? Were you the one who had a choice of 3 schools and the special needs school was the best? My DH asked me today if I would consider moving over there, and I said 'NO'!!! It's not just Gareth......... I would have to leave behind 3 cats and a big dog. Take care, Everyone.
