Guest guest
Hi , I am taking 2 grains armour sublingually in the am another ½ in the afternoon. I take 25 mcg T3 and 20 mg hydrocortisone spaced throughout the day. I am feeling excellent on this. I was on synthroid for 10 years, switched to 1 grain armour a year ago. Thought I was fine, and then had a huge set back when getting amalgams removed. Had 7 months of CFS and Fibro. The T3 has helped with the myofacial pain. It has been gone totally for 2 weeks now. I have been increasing armour and adding the others for the last 2-3 months. Lots of trial and error, but the HC was a big help with tolerating the extra thyroid meds. I am feeling smooth energy all day…it is totally amazing to me…I was always looking for coffee or SOMETHING to help me get through the day….lots of herbs…just anything to crank that adrenal system into keeping up….when I started the extra armour jumping from 1-2 grains…(which I know is a big jump now, but I hadn’t found this group yet)….my doc did it, when I complained that a 3.50 TSH was NOT good…he had no idea about the range changes….anyway with the extra armour …I actually felt calmer….I thought that was interesting…..I was expecting it to feel like speed or a stimulant, but I was calmer. Anyway….my doc has me on armour 2 grains, and I am self medicating the rest….. Have a top doc appointment tomorrow for my husband and son. If that all works out, I will switch to him too.. nne _____ From: Melancholy Muse Sent: Thursday, July 08, 2004 12:36 AM To: NaturalThyroidHormones Subject: Re: Re: cytomel--/nne nne, What exactly are you taking?
