Guest guest
I finally had a hair test done. I had my fillings out a year ago. I read Amalgam illness(6 months ago) and had so many of the symptoms I didn't bother getting one because I didn't want to go to another Dr. I have been doing ALA (50mg/ every 3 hrs/3days/ 3 weeks a month) I have been taking mineral supplements for over a year, so I am sure the counting rules don't apply anymore. Plus additional 600mg Mg, 90 mg Zinc, Molybdenum etc from Andy's recommendation. It only came out very low lithium (< .004). Less the .005 is only of the mercury signs according to the book. Most minerals were border line on the low side and a couple border line on the high side. Not much down the middle. I plan to start taking some lithium and see if it helps my sleep. The melatonin has helped alot, but doesn't completely cure the waking during the night. When reading the list on the book for the Dr to diagnose I noticed one that I found interesting. It says for males if arm span/ height > 1. I was wondering if others have this. I am not a male yet according to my arm span I should be 5'11 ( I am 5'7). My brother also has this his arm span is 6'7 (he is 6'3). Why would mercury cause this? Is it just an imbalance of Calcium and other minerals?
