Here is another word that sounds like. It is in " "

HEENT: Head normocephalic, atraumatic. Pupils round

and reactive to light. Oral cavity with minimal

erythema. Tonsils with increasing size. No extradate.

Right " antercervicalatnopathy " present. Tender to

palpation.
