Gyno - Dr. D diagnosed another yeast infection, as well as vaginismus. Took Diflucan 150 mg

Dr. Lamont - told me to stop Gabapentin and Benadryl. Increase Elavil by 10mg every two weeks, that I had lichenization, and to start steroid cream

These treatments are along with oatmeal baths, sitz baths, baths with epsom salt (caused painful dryness), tea tree oil baths (DO NOT DO THIS!!!), vaseline, ice packs wrapped in cloth, rinsing after going the bathroom, cotton skirts or loose loose cotton pants, no panties, no swimming, no tight clothing whatsoever, minimal use of sanitary napkins....
