First, yes, you need AOL's Instant Messenger to chat on aol. It's free and you can download it. You go to www.aol.com and find the Instant Messenger instructions. Then, let Felice know your IM name and she'll add you to her buddy list. Then, if she sees you on line at chat time, she'll invite you into a chat.
