no, I haven't tried that. I'll do it. About how much should I be taking overall?

I have to admit that vit C is one I skip more often than I take it.

Hi,

Have you tried adding extra Vit. C in therapy dosages?

Extra vit C may loosen things up and is great for the Adrenal glands.

yeah - pain - cramping, and pretty severe pains. It happened every time I tried

it, so I gave up. I haven't tried it in years tho - so I could try it again.

I also have adhesions from my hysterectomy - and they are often painful. I can

feel them ripping at times. full bowels don't help them feel any better either -

I always have pain on the side where my ovary was removed.

where do you buy your husks? I'll try it that way to see what it does.

uhmmm, pain???from Psyllum husks???....hummm...I just learned to be

near a restroom and not try to hold it in if I took more than 1

rounded teaspoon...If I took two, which I did in the beginning to

cleanse the colon I wasn't safe away from the downstairs bathroom

for the day...opppssss, maybe too much info??? sorry

Anyway, as for dosage of Epsom salts, it was on the box that I got

from the grocery store. It didn't take much if I remember right.

yes -

but I sort of got the feeling that she would be giving me more, if the tests

showed that I needed it. Not that she wouldn't be giving me any more. Of course,

I don't know her that well yet, so I could have been reading her wrong. I'll see

in a few days -

Doesn't it just gripe you that they think we don't know our own bodies?

And that they think they can tell us that we feel good based on lab reference

wow - it's only been a couple of days since I could get to my computer, and I

have 200 messages to go thru!!

yes - that isn't good - so many meds say that. then some say the other way - but

that never happens -

I wish we didn't have to worry about the side affects - the dr. said I am on a

very low dose, so I shouldn't have to worry about any of them - but....we don't

really know!

it is interesting - last night I started going the other way. Hubby and I were

trying to figure it out. If it was the dinner out, or something else. I wondered

about this med. but I guess not - if constipation is the side affect. Grrrrr!!!!

Hi Cris,

I clicked on the link for the Beta Blocker you are taking for high

blood pressure. One of the side effects listed is constipation.

There's a TON of side effects! Yikes! Good luck.

near me though -
