Spasmodic Dysphonia

i m a slp here in india

last days i met a very peculiar incident

i saw a patient with spasmodic dysphonia

i tried everything from breathing exercise to digital manipulation

but it didnt help.

the voice quality is very very typical like spasmodic dysphonia

can u help me out with sum other therapy techniques for spasmodic

dysphonia

and also i am very interested in accent modification therapy about

which i know nothing.can you also help me on this matter?
