JoAnn,

Just remember, if you tell someone else to use the Epsom Salt Bath, to make sure that you give them the warning about NOT using it if they are Diabetic!!

I always include that warning every time I mention it....lol, Between Felice and a few other friends that I have that has Diabetes, I've got my behind chewed out enough that I think that its printed on my forehead!!!

But, I'm telling ya, it does work great!!! Just make sure that your husband is around when you go to get out of the tub....The Epsom Salt makes your blood thin a bit, which in turn, may make you a bit light headed.

Enjoy your bath!

Tonia

Thank you so much Deb for all the information. I did not know about all of that and do have Epson Salt here. Maybe it would help the Fibro????? Sure hope so. Going to try it tonight as just cannot get enough pain meds to get flare down. Really think that lidocaine spray would be great. Had read where some of you have lidocaine patches and never understood what they did...so they relieve pain and itching is that correct? Well again thank you, maybe tonight when go to bed will feel so much better. Will expect great relief. Hope your Mother continues to heal from all her medical troubles. So sorry she is going through so much and know that hurts you to have her hurting. Just take care of yourself as sure you have over-done and need some rest.s MommmaJoAnnHey no novel again....YEAH

I've forgotten--how much are you supposed to put in the tub? I'm headed up town and will get some. Did it once before but have forgotten the amount.

Love,
