Guest guest Posted December 26, 2003 Report Share Posted December 26, 2003 I want to let everyone know I am back from being thrown out of my home after 17 years because the costs of my medical care had wiped me out and I was foreclosed on, I had to live in a motel for a week, and a friend paid it for me and now I am in a subsidized apartment that I got into very quickly, but I only had a peanut butter sandwich and water yesterday for Christmas, it was very sad for me, I lost everything mostly that I owned including all of the artwork of my deceased wife. I wish I knew of a good attorney out there to help me countersue these creeps here in Highlands County Florida Court System and the Attorney who filed the foreclosure on me without regard to my disability, I requested mediation but lost that bid to. This central Florida Town is the good ole boy system. But I am alive with nothing, I cant even watch television the only thing you get is cable and now I cant get that either because this has ruined my credit bad. Please try, as difficult as it is, to remember that there are so many things more important. I'm heartened to hear that folks tried to come though for you and that you have found an apartment.
