Guest guest
Dr. Solommans Pain Project suggestions are to get the urine tested to find out which times of day your oxalate output increases then take the calcium citrate tabs 20 minutes before that time. 1 or 2 tabs I'm not sure, at the 3 specific times he notes on your chart. Mine were 7 am, Noon, and 7 pm... so I'm wondering though, if I take the citrate at 6:30 then eat at 7PM, while I'm eating is it ok to take the Ox Absorb, which I'm assuming must go down with meals. And I'm wondering how many to take of the ox absorb. And then the NAG - supposed to take 3 a day, one at a time... with meals but if the ox absorb is also taken with the meal it may absorb the nutrients from the NAG as well. Just trying to figure this all out. If anyone has any tips. Thanks
