We are having teriyaki chicken which I found in the group's recipe files. I'll do it on my new GF grill (I'm in love!) We'll also have cous-cous and a modified version of the wine baked asparagus on that asparagus festival's website.

Ok, Robin came into the kitchen when I was looking in the freezer and he wants beef stew. So, I guess they are having that. I think I will probably have a big salad with grilled chicken instead. I don't feel like beef stew when it is supposed to be 85-90, and very humid!

LOL!!! That's what I say! He figures that is a good comfort food dinner. It is very good when it is cold, but not hot outside!

I think burger on the grill sounds great. I think we'll have turkey burgers seasoned with ketchup, s & p, red pepper flakes and worschesire sauce. Asparagus and probably edame.

-Burgers sound REALLY good to me today......we are waiting till Fri

to grill burgers though. We are having a " practice campout " Fri night

in our living room. Practice sleeping on the floor that is! We sold

our camper so now we are " tenting it " , and plan to go in May with our

4 kids. We have tented before, but it's been awhile. We thought we'd

do it up right....burgers, s'mores, the whole ball o' wax. Should be

fun. Oh my back hurts just thinkin' bout it!

Oh yes.... we are having turkey smoked sausage and " fried " potatoes

and onions tonight. Followed by a nice walk for dessert(ha)

I may not have spelled in right, but they are little soy beans. They are very high in fiber. I love them and eat them all the time. They are great plain or in casseroles, soups ect. You can buy them in the pod (which I love) or shelled. If you purchase them check out the points. Different brands are differnt points.

If you eat sushi, sushi restaraunts sell them as a dish.

It is in the recipes that are from Ivananet the list of 100 recipes that Maureen sent us last week. It is an oldie but a goodie. It is fantastic. I also make it and freeze it and it does very well I will freeze a whole casserole. If you can not locate it let me know.

I realize I'm a little late, but I made Buffalo Lasagna, and for dessert I made a new recipe out of one of Jo Lund's books called Layered Strawberry Dessert. I didn't eat any of it though (I could have since it was only 2 points, but I just didn't want any). Everyone else in my family seemed to enjoy it though. I'm getting ready to post it to my site, so if you're interested, give me about 30 minutes to get it typed up and the picture added. :) I opted for a graham cracker with cool whip instead. LOL!

Frozen foods section. Where the vegeables are. I know trader Joes carry them and health food grocery stores, Also oriental Markets usually have them. Bring your points calendar with you though. I have found the ones at the oriental markets are higher in fat. I have know idea why though.
