Guest guest
I do wish you lived close to me too. Babs, My son was trying to get me to come to PA for thanksgiving. Our grandaughter's birthday is the day after mine on the 25th and she will be turning 3. So he was telling me that airfare is being advertised for $79 each way and we should come so we could celebrate both birthdays together. I would in a heartbeat if I didn't have my brother here in the nursing home. I will never leave him in the nursing home on a holiday if I can help it. Going out there would really be an escape for me because everyone here keeps telling me that they will get even for all the surprise 50ths that I have sprung on them and it seems they haven't forgotten this will be mine! Looking for a place to hide this year and the best part, is I don't think that it had occurred to Steve (son) that this is the big 50 this year (and I didn't remind him) or he probably wouldn't have suggested it. He is a bigger prankster than the rest of us!! Besides that I am hoping to get Alabama Concert tickets for my birthday. They will be doing their last concert ever in Chicago on the 22nd. I'm sure there will be special occasions, but as far as tours go, this is their final tour ending in Chicago. Really want to go. But when we get that way again for a few days, I will be sure to look you up.... Okay, time to finish the rest of my email and call it a night. Have a good peaceful evening. Guest guest
Hi Babs, I tried to e-mail you privately but it wouldn't go through. Sorry I haven't written for a while but I've been having problems just like everybody else. Anyway, if you don't mind could you let me know the name, address and phone number of your doctor. You speak so highly of him and mine is leaving the area so I'll be looking for a new pain doc. If you prefer to e-mail me privately, that is okay. Hope you are feeling good and not in much pain. I've read in some of the posts that members talk about rsders having strokes or heart attacks. Do you know if this happens often? Sincerely, Alice
