The problem is that the *chemical* toxicity of uranium is far greater than the radiological toxicity, from what I've read. So I need to find something to actually remove it in order to prevent its chemical toxicity from harming me. It's supposed to have a level of chemical toxicity close to lead. Having said that, I do think I probably get too much radiation exposure from my two old monitors and perhaps the uranium, so the salt and soda baths might come in handy regardless. I do not know how to get rid of uranium. Are the toxic effects related to it breaking down, as it does in the ground, and releasing radon? I ask because radon test kits use activated charcoal to absorb radon in the air in buildings. Perhaps this would also be helpful - ingesting charcoal capsules, while trying to find the eliminator.
