Guest guest
Hi ya'll, I've been off a couple of months. Been busy with travel, putting up vegetables etc. This forum is sooooo busy. The prompt to get me on today is I've discovered a lump in my breast, about the size of a large grape. I don't think it's a cyst b/c it is really deep. I am wondering if there is a propensity toward this with thyroid issues. BTW, I am not on my optimum dose. I talked the docs into an increase, but the TSH went down to almost nothing and they have decreased my meds. I am doing my best to get to another doc. Blessings, Debbie K. Guest guest
Hehehe Cindi! ;-) I know that, but have been trying to work with docs for several months per dh's wishes. He, who has always thought docs could do no wrong and only a few months ago would have declared me insane to order meds without a prescription, is finally seeing the light. Although it has been frustrating for me, it has been worth it to have him seeing things my way and agreeing with me. Blessings, Debbie K. Guest guest
No I did not know that estrogen dominance can have anything to do with breast lumps. I guess I may have read that somewhere, but wasn't concerned about that then. Makes me glad I've been using the progesterone cream. I will get my " What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause " book down and look it up. If you have any info that is not in the WYDMNTYAM book, I'd be interested in reading it. I am calling my doc tomorrow. I meant to call today, but it was a bad morning. I have a regular annual checkup the end of Aug, but maybe they will work me in earlier. Blessings, Debbie K. Re: ? on Lumps in Breast Hi, Debbie, Make sure you take care of yourself! Get to your doctor about this. I don't know how old you are. But are you familiar with estrogen dominance and progesterone? The progesterone might be a help to you. I can send you info, if you'd like. in Va. Hi ya'll, I've been off a couple of months.
