I know it doesn't look much like your s/l, but try to listen again and see

if you can hear azelastine. Maybe the -tine sounded like a D. I don't know

how clear the dictation was to you, but azelastine is for allergic rhinitis.

There is Procardia XL used for hypertension. Also, Cardura is used for

hypertension. :)

The doc says that the patient uses Cardia for hypertension. I cannot verify

a drug name of Cardia. Any help? Thanks.

I believe that would be: Cartia XT (per D & D) - antihypertensive;

antianginal; antiarrhythmic; calcium channel blocker. Comes in 120, 180,

240, 300 mg. I had to look that one up last week myself!
