Could #1 be diffusely, meaning scattered, per Taber's?

OCP is the abbreviation for oral contraceptive pills per Neil Medical

Abbreviations 10th Edition, so I would go with OCPs.

Is it OCP's or should it be BCP's ?

my docs say diffusely all the time and they also go back and forth between

OCPs and BCPs.....I use either depending on what the doc is saying as in

oral contraceptive pills or birth control pills

That would be rhonchi diffusely (pleural of rhonchus as it is heard in more

than one place) and oral contraceptive pills. By the way, we are not all

ladies. Some of us are men ;^)
