I think I posted this here before. I survived My very first tumor, it

was a monster A.N. It was the size of a large Florida grapefruit. Took up 1/3rd

of my brain cavity. After two surgeries and 23 total hours of surgery, meningitis

and staff infection. That was 18 years ago… I think I'm going to go back to the hospital I was at to see

if I can get a hold of my CT’s. could

be very interesting..

I do have to say talking to this group about my problems has been

helpful. I’m glad you guys

are around…

Take

care Bob Dont be frightenewd because fear blocks the energy.

Without a doubt:) thats whats keeping you here:) Same with me, my MRIs

are unreal. To see them you would think i was a corpse:) I have

used that phrase myself " the walking dead woman " tho. I really

relate to waiting for the shoe to drop feeling:( and if this symtom is

the start of the end:(. BUTTTTT!!!! We are still breathing!!

Like Fluffy says:) we are still here:) I dont think we are going

anywhere for a very long time. Please take care~~Lowi:)

Dear Bob,

I know how frightening that MRI must have been. The technician was reckless

to share this with you in this way. Having no symptoms is a good sign. I

remember a neuro once saying an MRI of a patient lit up like an xmas tree,

and it killed him to only remove one tumor during surgery, but he wasn't

going to touch the others, even though he could see them clear as day if the

patient was symptomless.

Make sure you're seen by someone with extensive experience and the more NF2

the better, because those neurosurgeons don't rush to operate, knowing the

history of the disease. I would suggest you contact Fred Epstein at Beth

Israel NYC as he is one of if not the top spinal surgeon in the world. I'm

not near my address book - anyone got his email for Bob?
