I have recently taken over the caseload for Ray P. , The Advocate that was set up on trumped up charges after Advocating for several families in AZ.So far from what I know you have to basically take your needs to the Feds as that state is so out of compliance it's pathetic. It may be different for C.P., well I'm sure it is. I would make sure THEY know you mean business and don't let them slack.. or they won't stop slacking.Good Luck, let me know if you need any help. I have a son with mild cerebral palsy and may be considering relocating from Florida to Anthem, Arizona some time in the future, but need to find out what services, if any are offered by the state of Arizona.

If any of you have any information, please advise as it will be greatly appreciated.
